If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement signed by VIP Networks and a customer, the separate written agreement controls for that customer relationship.

Customer Communications

By contacting VIP Networks, submitting a form, requesting service, becoming a customer, or otherwise providing your contact information, you authorize VIP Networks to contact you using the information you provide, including by phone, email, or text message, as appropriate for business, service, support, scheduling, account, or operational purposes.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from NREK Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a VIP Networks, Inc., you agree to receive SMS/text messages from VIP Networks related to customer service, support requests, appointment scheduling, service updates, account notifications, and other business communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with us and the nature of your service requests. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from VIP Networks. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from VIP Networks unless you opt in again.

User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, maintaining appropriate backups unless backup services are specifically included in a written agreement, following reasonable security recommendations, and using services in a lawful and responsible manner.

Customers are responsible for promptly notifying VIP Networks of suspected security incidents, service issues, account changes, employee changes, or other matters that may affect service delivery.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

VIP Networks works to provide reliable and professional services. However, technology services may be affected by third-party providers, internet service providers, telecommunications carriers, software vendors, hardware failures, utility outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, user error, or other events outside our control.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party hardware, software, cloud platforms, telecommunications carriers, hosting providers, internet providers, or other vendors. VIP Networks is not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, pricing changes, policy changes, security incidents, or other issues outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP Networks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, any liability of VIP Networks is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
